River House

The building has 76 apartments and 36 in staff and a handyman on duty 24 hours a day.  In addition to a full-time concierge and two doormen in the front, the building has a fully-staffed back service entrance.  The building is security conscious and there is an in-house camera and safety system.  River House is self-managed for extraordinary care and the management office is within the building.
