Built in 1898, the Manhattan Savings Institute bank building (MSI) is situated in the exclusive and ultra-chic neighborhood of NoHo. One of the city's finest surviving examples of 19th century architecture, the MSI has been named one of the Top Ten loft buildings in New York. The residents-only roof-deck was recently reconfigured and refreshed, to ensure proper luxurious leisure. The site is also famous for the largest bank robbery in American history, inspiring accounts in both print and film.
