Location

Service, Safety, and Security

The full-service co-op has a staff of over 60 employees, including full-time doormen, porters, handymen, and two maintenance supervisors living on-site. Security guards patrol the complex seven days a week from 2 p.m. to 6 a.m. Surveillance cameras are installed on the grounds and in each building's lobby. Concord Village's superior fire-resistant construction comprises concreteencased steel frames and concrete floors. All original interior partitions are plaster on terracotta walls. Management and Governance

The property is managed by Akam Management, which has a fourperson fulltime staff on-site at 215 Adams Street. A sevenperson elected Board of Directors sets operational and budgetary policies and standards.
