Joe Cruz, leader of the highly successful Belisario Cruz Reyn Team, has earned a stellar reputation in the New York real estate scene his driven and focused approach, entrepreneurial spirit and his infectious optimism. A proud lifelong resident of Brooklyn, he is an expert in the borough and knows every block like the back of his hand. Joe began to pursue his real estate career at just 17 years of age and was licensed by his 18th birthday. True to his motivated and energetic spirit, he attended college while nurturing his early real estate endeavors, and launched his firm, Urban Realty, a mere three years into his career. Over the next several years, Joe grew Urban Realty to two offices boasting an all-star team, an exciting portfolio of luxury listings and new developments, and completing a phenomenal 4,000 transactions throughout Brooklyn's prime neighborhoods. Results-oriented with a tenacious customer-first attitude, Joe is meticulous, thorough and communicative, assessing each client's individual needs and putting a well-thought-out plan in place to reach those needs. Joe, it's all about delivering best-in-class service that yields exceptional results. Born and raised in Bushwick and Williamsburg, Joe speaks Spanish fluently. He received a degree in sales and marketing from New York City College of Technology and today resides in Park Slope.
