William Beaver House

15 William St. is a 47-story, 528-foot-tall condominium apartment building in Manhattan’s Financial District.

The William Beaver House (it’s located on the corner of William St. and Beaver St.) was developed by SDS Investments, Sapir Organization, André Balazs Properties and CIM Group.

The design team consisted of Tsao & McKown, Ismael Leyva Architects, and SLCE Architects, with SPAN Architecture and Allied Works Architecture overseeing the interiors.

Amenities make up some 30,000 square feet of space — half of which devoted to fitness. Residents may enjoy the building’s yoga studio, squash court, basketball court, boxing gym, indoor saltwater swimming pool, outdoor saltwater jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.

Other offerings include a covered dog run, outdoor children’s playground and indoor playroom, stunning rooftop lounge, an outdoor sundeck and a private screening room. There’s also a subterranean parking lot, full-time doorman, concierge service, and a live-in resident’s manager.

15 William St.’s residences range from studios to three bedrooms and feature high ceilings, large windows, custom kitchen cabinetry with high end appliances and spacious bathrooms.

In September 2016, Interior Design ranked 15 William one of the "5 Enviable Residential Buildings in New York.

Beyond the building’s walls, residents may enjoy local shopping at Brookfield Place, and outdoor activities along the waterfront boardwalk.

15 William is also located near major subway lines including the A,C,2,3,4,5,J,Z.
