She considers asset management in each deal she brings to fruition, and she works to make the best deals possible her clients by following trends in data and staying constantly attuned to shifts and patterns in the marketplace. As a 50 percent stakeholder in the Joe and Kelly Team, Kelly has many years of experience working as an agent buyers and sellers throughout all of Manhattan and Brooklyn. She was born and raised in the United Kingdom, and as an international property herself, she brings a unique perspective to her diverse community of buyers and property owners in New York and beyond.
