Raised in Brooklyn, Zoya Litinetskaya brings nearly 20 years of experience in New York real estate to her work with Compass. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade managing all aspects of New York City nightlifefrom working the door at clubs to handling special events for a variety of record labels and media companies. Her diverse background has made her a natural people person, and she has an unparalleled ability to connect with her clients, many of whom have become lifelong friends. She brings a strong independent and entrepreneurial streak to her work, prioritizing service to her clients above all else. When working with sellers, she is especially adept at creatively staging apartments to highlight their best features, given her professional background in visual arts, marketing, and textile design. She currently resides in the picturesque village of Hastings on Hudson with her husband and business partner Adam, their two boys and an 80-pound Labrador rescue, Koko.
