I have been listing and selling residential real estate since 1987 all over the Chicagoland area. What sets me apart from other realtors is that the relationship doesn't just end at the closing table. My clients become part of my client appreciation program which includes monthly mailers that I like to call "items of value". These may be ideas for the home or just everyday personal life. I also enjoy having client appreciation parties multiple times throughout the year so I can continue the relationship on a personal level, many of my clients become my friends.
