My dedication to real estate and my commitment to my clients began when I graduated from Arizona State with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate. I began my 35 year career with Coldwell Banker and then spent 24 years in the real estate department at Kraft Foods counselling thousands of colleagues through seamless relocations. I am now back with Coldwell Banker and continue to successfully guide clients through their real estate transactions. Working with me is always a one-on-one experience, my focus is customer-centric; I pledge to work tirelessly for you, to negotiate the best price on your transaction, and to build lifelong relationships. In addition to my Bachelor's degree in real estate I have attained the following certifications and accreditations for the benefit of my clients: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA). When working with seller's I will develop a marketing strategy that includes a thorough review of the market, analyzing recently closed sales and active listings to determine the optimal price point for your house; my marketing team will create customized marketing materials to include top quality brochures with professionally shot high resolution digital images for placement in print, web-based marketing, and media. When working with buyer's I will research communities that are of importance to you, I will be with you every step of the way from personalized showings, to skillful contract negotiations, to the home inspection, and thru the closing process.
