My name is Lanell M. Johnson, my specialty is working with first time home buyers. I'm passionate about Real Estate and my clients. I will fight for the best deal for all of my clients. I have lived in Cypress for more than 18 years. I'm a native Houstonian. I love Houston, Houston is where I was born and raised and where I plan to retire. Houston is a very large city and have various surrounding cities. I have aided many families who were in the Military, Oil & Gas, Medical or just needed a new start find new homes here. Houston and the surrounding cities has a lot to offer, such as the shopping centers, water lakes, water parks, local eateries, recreation centers, hiking trails and golfing clubs, just to name a few. In my opinion there are some great schools located in the surrounding Houston area such as; Cy-Fair ISD, Katy ISD & Pearland ISD, just to name a few. My children have graduated from The Cy-Fair school district. Houston can be a great place to raise a family or accommodate a busy life style. There are many great suburbs for families or if you choose a more lively lifestyle we have the lovely Downtown, Medical center, Galleria, Uptown, Energy Corridor to chose from. Houston is a city that has something for everyone. I have obtained my BSB/M also know as Bachelor of Science in Business Management, by obtaining my degree in Business, it has advanced my understand in business; how to relate to people, the importance of transactions and contracts and taking marketing classes has helped me understand real estate as a business owner. I chose real estate because I love helping and educating people about real estate. It is my desire when I take on clients to educate them along the whole journey of buying and selling their homes. I make it my mission that every seller and buyer walk away feeling confident and knowledgeable concerning their transactions.
