 Other features of the apartment include 9'2 ceilings, artistic light fixtures throughout, abundant closets all designed by California Closets, a Russell Surround System for music with speakers in every room, and central air conditioning.  During the renovation, 200 amp electrical service was brought up 10 floors to the apartment and the wiring throughout is new as well.  Plumbing risers and pipes within the apartment have been replaced.  All 18 windows in the apartment have been replaced in the last decade with windows that are both energy efficient and enhance the endless views. There is private, locked storage in the basement, which is included with the apartment and maintenance.  Additionally, the building has a separate bike room.

 9 Prospect Park West is a full service building built in 1929 by Russell Boak and Hyman Paris.  Located across the street from Olmstead and Vaux's Prospect Park, 9 PPW offers a 24 hour doorman, live in super and a bike room and has 41 units spread out over 17 stories.  Many pets are welcome, but dogs are not allowed in this co-op.
