There is no carpet in the house, which is perfect for accent area rugs to match your furniture.  The garage and pool surfaces are epoxy finished for easy clean-up.  

The house has mature landscaping, with security lighting around the entire outside. This home provides a covered front porch, where you can put rocking chairs out there and rock away to your delight!

The AC system was just replaced October 2023, the tile roof was replaced in 2016, water heater was changed out in 2018.  The house has additional security with clear hurricane shutters for all exterior windows, only exception is the patio doors.

The HOA for Ashley Oaks is $75 annually.  The Master Association assessment is $1025 annually, which provides cable and internet services.
