A windowed eat-in kitchen, and vintage windowed bath in classic pink & black tile, await. 89" ceiling heights, unique to the 17th floor, are the highest in the building. Remove walls to open   up the kitchen, or preserve those original details. There is lots of flexibility here, and whatever route you take, rest assured this apartment has great bones. Closets are abundant throughout, with a large walk-in in the foyer/dining area, and the hallway   offers side-by-side closets you can combine into one doublewide space.

 

 East River Housing Corporations amenities include a newly upgraded 24-hour laundry room, with all-new machines and finishes. We have a playroom, as well as a ground floor gym, which remains closed until further notice (we look forward to it re-opening, soon).   Our bicycle room, parking lot, and storage rooms are fee-based and each is subject to a waitlist.
