Alber Service removed all insulation and vacuumed the attic spaces in 2015.  All ceiling penetrations and openings were sealed to minimize any heat loss.  Ventilation inserts were installed between all ceiling rafters.  Floor areas were installed for access to A/C and dormers.  The company subsequently installed 18 inches of cellulose insulation.  The house is very energy efficient! Global Contractors removed all asphalt-roofing materials in 2015.  They installed ice shield and underlayment for a fifty-year or lifetime steel roof. Global Contractors installed oversize rain gutters, downspouts and gutter covers in 2015. The Riverline train,  with access to Camden/Philadelphia and Trenton to New York City, is within a short walk.  Ample parking is also available. The Brahma Kumaris Meditation Center is within walking distance and offers a respite from the everyday world.  Ample restaurants and shopping and major roadways are within a short drive!
