This spacious studio has three windows in the main space, a windo in the kitchen and a window in the bathroom.  The apartment has been updated while maintaining the original prewar details i.e. archway, setback shelf, high ceilings, floor to ceiling closets, entry foyer and wood panel floors throughout.  The windowed eat-in-kitchen has a custom counter, dishwasher and wooden cabinets.  The windowed bathroom has original prewar details though it has new utilities.  There is a separate dressing area adjacent to the bathroom that has two full floor to ceiling closets.  The entry foyer has a large closet.  Heat and hotwater included in the maintenance.

Located in a 1940's elevator building that began construction prewar and was completed after the war.  The pathway leading to the building has hand laid Italian bricks, well manicured and floral garden and stone  Zen fountain.  The entry door and elevator are relatively new.  The art deco lobby has stone floors with a stone staircase that goes to the six floor with a period wrought iron railing. There is a intercom, laundry, individual storage, service entrance and a  live-in-super.  Cats are welcome and unfortunatelydogs are not.

You are adjacent to one of Riverdales most popular parks.  Transportation is accessible.  You are within walking distance to the #1 subway, bus stops for the Jitney to the Metro North, MTA Local and Express buses, Bally's, Riverdale Club and Spa, Charter School, Kennedy Elementary, Manhattan College, Riverdale, Broadway and Johnson Avenue shopping streets, library, Starbucks, trendy and fast food restaurants.
