Apartment details.Situated on the 6th floor (top floor), this is one of my favorite layouts. As you enter the apartment and move through the foyer, there are two closets, great for coats, extra storage, luggage, shoes, and business attire! The walls have been painted a beautiful soft blue tone which is very zen as you enter the apartment. What is unique regarding this apartment, there are two office nooks separated by the living room to help keep your zoom calls private if two of you are working from home.

As you enter the living room, with its 9ft ceilings, you are greeted with tons of direct sunlight pouring into the space with two large west facing windows and a couple large 7 story trees outside of the window with birds chirping facing and a charming view looking from the rear of the building. The living will easily fit your extra large sofa, and entertainment system, in addition, there is a workout nook in the corner great for your spin bike and yoga!

As you move into the kitchen area, this has been beautifully designed with modern wood cabinets and glass faces, a dishwasher, gas range, and a nice sized refrigerator. What is special about the design of this kitchen, under the peninsula countertop, there are 6 pull out drawers which can hold all of your pots, pans, and everything else needed to run a great kitchen! The bathroom has a nices sized window allowing light to pour into this room, the bathroom toilet has been replaced recently, the tub reglazed, and the walls and ceiling freshly painted.The bedroom in a great size, for those of you with a king sized bed, no worries, there is plenty of space with room enough for a dresser, stand up amour, and a second home office! There is one nice sized closet.

Additional Building Details.The coop has no underlying mortgage which results in an extremely low maintenance. There is a live in super, onsite storage (extra fee- and wait list), bike storage, and card operated laundry. The entire building has been upgraded with new windows a few years back, and the coop is pet friendly. Location.Super convenient Brooklyn Heights location near many subway lines (A/C, 2/3, 4/5 and R). Clinton is also the best street in Brooklyn Heights for catching a quick cab into Manhattan.
