elevator) with its pre-war scale and charm, lovely Beaux Arts

superintendent, staff, and is pet-friendly. Like many Carpenter
buildings, it has two wings and elevator banks for greater privacy.
The C-line elevator currently serves only two or three apartments
per floor. Laundry in the basement, as well as bike storage
