OUR THOUGHTS: This penthouse duplex features triple high ceilings and a loft-like feel. This spacious residency is one of two units that sit atop a petite private condo building nestled between Meserole and Scholes Streets, just over a block away from the Montrose L subway stop in East Williamsburg. Also within walking distance is the JMZ and G Trains.  This home is truly unique, featuring very tall ceilings, oversized double pane windows, multiple exposures, skylights, and modern finishes.
