Enthralling, Fragonard-like Park tableaux cascade through the exceedingly rare, oversized windows of a parlour-floor-level home at the storied Kenilworth designed by Townsend, Steinle and Haskellin in the French Second Empire style and one of the few remaining apartment buildings on CPW constructed before 1910.
