Located in the Tribeca North Historic District, known for its low-rise Olde New York ambiance and charming cobblestone streets, the building was built in 1884 as a warehouse and was once the home of Romanoff Caviar Company. This intimate building is pet friendly and offers video intercom, storage units, bicycle room, a full-time superintendent, and low maintenance charges.
