Not much can be written that will come close to doing justice to this amazing loft style condo.  If I didn't feel guilty for not doing my job, I would just let the pictures speak for themselves.  I guess maybe I should point out that this is truly a one of a kind, unique condo?  Should I point out that it feels like you are in SoHo?  Let's see....super high, soaring ceilings?  Obviously you can see that when the work was done this was converted from a garage and the owners used the old garage doors to make walls.  May as well point out that you can see the split ducts which do heat and central air.  Oh, I can add some value:  there is heat in flooring in bathroom (can't tell that in the pictures).  Yes, amazing bathrooms with attention to detail you rarely see.  I know, there is a ton of light in here.  And yes, the pictures do show that there is room for two cars within the fence or great patio area.  Aha, I have it!  This was completely renovated in 2019!  Finally, I added some value
