Units in Alfred on Fleet are large and unique, ranging from one bedroom to two bedroom apartments. There’s a bathroom for every bedroom. Said bathrooms come equipped with radiant heated floors, Hydro System soaking tubs, and Duravit/Riobel fixtures. Units also come with Bosch washers and dryers.

Living spaces are open concept with living rooms seamlessly joining together with kitchens. Kitchens feature Bosch appliances like refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and inductive stove tops. Units are kept comfortable via the central air and heat. Oversized windows keep things bright. Most units have outdoor space, but some have a second floor that can be used as a rec room.
