Silvia Beham is known as the Above and Beyond real estate agent by her colleagues and clients. She has special designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). With her training and skills as an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and Feng Shui Consultant, Silvia and her team of Remodelers, Stagers and Photographers transform homes into beautiful listings. Her territory is centered around the greater Orlando Metro Area, however she frequently brings her talents to clients throughout Central Florida from Daytona to Tampa and all points in-between. Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and living in Orlando, Florida for 30 years, Silvia received her real estate license in 2006 and began her career with RE/MAX. Silvia has received the RE/MAX "Above & Beyond" Award in 2014 and "Rising Star Awards" in 2016 through 2019. Her experience has earned Awards in the RE/MAX 100% club from 2017 through 2020.
