About Scott Ottenheimer
Scott loves Chicago and the suburbs, where he was born and now raises a family of his own. After graduating from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Scott found his lifelong interest in real estate had developed into a true passion. Since 2007 he has represented clientsranging from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investorsfor both residential and commercial properties.Scott emphasizes a transparent process that keeps clients informed and involved through every step of the real estate journey. His corporate background yields a unique approach to real estate: the use of fact-based analytics alongside an empathic understanding of clients needs. Scott values the satisfaction of his clients above all else, so he works to get the best value possible.Outside of real estate and a successful corporate career, Scott volunteers as a champion of the differently abled. Scotts oldest daughter, Maya, was born with Williams Syndrome, a genetic condition characterized by medical problems including cardiovascular disease, developmental delays, and learning challenges, often occurring alongside striking verbal abilities, highly social personalities, and an affinity for music. Scott became involved with the Williams Syndrome Association, where he serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees.
