About Ryan Huyler

Ryan Huyler, the president founder of The Huyler Group, joined after 14 successful years at Coldwell Banker. There, he was a partner in the award-winning KH Residential team that collectively generated sales in excess of $255 million since 2013 was annually the top 1% of Chicago Brokers. Ryans sustained success throughout the years is a direct result of his drive desire to serve his clients with unparalleled professionalism every day. He possesses a strong working knowledge of the current market knows what is needed to navigate the many layers of a successful transaction from start to finish for buyers, sellers developers. Ryan grew up the city was raised all over the Northside of Chicago, living in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview Rogers Park neighborhoods. He attended St. Ignatius high school the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to returning home, he worked as program coordinator throughout Europe for an international sports/recreation company based in Geneva, Switzerland. Ryan currently lives in South Lakeview with his wife and three daughters.
