Ontario - the River North development for which she was the exclusive listing agent. Melinda was instrumental in getting the CA23 development project, located in the West Loop, off the ground and running. She represented the 420 W. Grand Development as the senior broker, and she sold City Club Development in River North - and the 20 lots that were there are now $4 million-plus homes. Melinda was also a listing agent for Wabash Station and Kingsbury Estates development. She has been a consultant for many developers over the years. Melinda has also worked for twelve years in securities and investment banking with leading companies such as The Chicago Corporation, Morgan Stanley, and Alex Brown Sons.
