From condos to mansions and homes "in between", it Makes $en$e...Call Mary Zentz! In 1988, My husband, Lou, and I bought a wooded waterfront lot near the Wisconsin Dells. We spent three years, weekends only, building a shell and finishing the interior ourselves: Creating walls, plumbing, electric, creating landscape from local materials. Our goal was create something special at an affordable cost, with recycled materials. We succeeded. I hunted for the treasures during the week. We transported and did the work over the weekend. Eventually we sold it as our schedule rarely allowed us to get away. Then we started buying and rehabbing investment properties. Now we are working on our Chain of Lakes Home and making it echo with a Mid Century Modern Vibe. And of course enjoying the waterfront.
