About Lauren Cook

I'm Lauren, I live in a small town in Ellis County, with my husband Blake, our sons Brody and Blaze, and our two dogs Georgia and Dallas. In my free time: I like to hit the gym, cook, explore outdoors, try out new restaurants, watch football, and spend time with my family. I have wanted to be a Realtor� for as long as I can remember, I went to school for real estate through Dallas County Community College starting in 2008. After finishing school, l I was at a different place in my life and I didn't get licensed right away. The past two years in real estate I have made a lot of accomplishments that I'm so proud of. My biggest accomplishment is that I have built relationships and have helped 42 families with their real estate needs. Along with receiving multi-million dollar producer for both years, I also received the Rookie of The Year award this past year while pregnant and having my second son Blaze. I pride myself on ensuring a smooth buying and selling process for my clients, because happy clients are my specialty! There's no house to small, I list them all. I work with all people, 90% of my clients need help with their credit before approval. I have made relationships with some amazing lenders that help my clients get their credit on track so they can buy, free of charge. Please let me know how I can help you too!
