Kyle has been interested in small business for half his life now. In high school, Kyle was very interested in recording studios, record labels, bands and the music business. He was in several bands with varying degrees of success and grew to learn the ins and outs of the business every step along the way- whether he be touring, recording, writing and performing -the details of the business were constantly top of mind. After years of performing and traveling full time, Kyle met his now wife Kori and the two married in 2013. Kyle decided to get his real estate license after becoming enthralled in the process when buying their first family home in late 2012. In 2015, Kyle and Kori welcomed their first child Kai and marked the occasion by Kyle officially getting his real estate license. in 2017, the couple welcomed their second child - a daughter - Karson. That was also the catalyst that led Kyle to pursue real estate full time. Since then, Kyle has become enamored with the finance and business of real estate. "I've had the opportunity to work with the BEST clients along the way!" He has a true passion for educating his clients on the process of buying and selling a home, and following the path that he always seems to- Kyle has gravitated towards the business side of the career in building a team with Jessica Duzan and creating the Duzan Yap Group. Over the next few years you can expect the real estate team to grow, add agents and focus on investing.
