I have a keen interest in sustainability (which I studied at UCLA Extension) and native as well as edible landscaping. Having a broad range of interests allows me to apply my creativity on many different levels. Working in the Architecture field for many years gives me great advantage over many Realtors because not only do I know the market, I KNOW HOMES. I know how to remodel and update them to create best value. And knowing various building codes allows for more targeted marketing to those looking to buy a property where they can add value.
