Ken began his career in real estate as a mortgage broker in 1998. After spending five years working in home loans for many notable credit unions in San Diego, Ken helped open a full-service real estate company in 2003. It was then that he started working as a Realtor and serving his clients in all facets of residential real estate. In 2009 Ken began flipping houses. As the sales manager, Ken was required to assess values before and after rehab. Overseeing 500 plus transactions and negotiating the investor's interest has given Ken invaluable experience. Other critical roles to the success of the flip were as rehab coordinator and procurement specialist. If you are interested in flipping homes or flipping your own home, Ken can be an asset on your team. Although he is still a licensed NMLS mortgage broker, today Ken is putting that extensive experience to work helping traditional homeowners with their individual real estate needs. Ken has lived in Coronado since arriving as a NAVY airman in 1991. He lives in the village with his wife Moira, his two children Marlee and Kenneth, their two dogs and a tortoise. When he's not discussing real estate, you will find Ken at the beach playing volleyball with friends!
