Before turning to real estate in 2009, Kelly spent 20+ years in mortgage lending. She worked primarily in loan origination but also spent time in processing, underwriting and closing, and she owned her own mortgage brokerage for a time. She is still licensed to originate mortgages, so completes 8 hours of continuing education each year. Thus, her clients have the benefit of advice from someone who is up to date on the compliance aspects that can affect their mortgage applications. Her belief in educating herself for the benefit her clients has also led her to earn numerous REALTOR® designations, including the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and most recently becoming fully licensed as a Broker Associate. Kelly is heavily involved in her community of Fairway Estates, where she has been the top listing agent for the past 5 years. Married to Gregg since 1990, they share their home with a Yorkshire Terrier named Brinley.
