Judi Pobst moved to Gulf Harbors in Florida an fell in love, with Real Estate that is. She was living the lifestyle when she decided to start her own company specializing in waterfront homes. By 2007, Judi joined the one of the leading real estate companies in the world and began pushing the limits of what she thought she was capable of. Judi's sales rank her in the top 3% of production in her office and the top 10% nationwide. Prior to starting her own company, Judi was the Director of Communication for a Real Estate Entrepreneur for 3 year, where she caught the real estate bug. Judi is active in her community and contributes by writing Real Estate articles for the neighborhood newsletter (distribution 2000 homes) and is the Publicity liaison for the Gulf Harbors Yacht Club where she is a member. Judi's passion for real estate goes beyond simply helping people buy or sell a home. Staying current on market activity, trends and technology and keeping focused on service is important to her. Judi loves helping others achieve their goals and strives to make every transaction a win-win for all. As a result of Judi's contribution to her associates at Keller Williams Realty, she was recently honored with the "Cultural Icon" award for her office, an achievement which means the world to Judi. Judi & her husband Kurt live in and work in Gulf Harbors. While loving and living the lifestyle Gulf Harbors has to offer, Judi & Kurt decided they never wanted to leave! In fact, they purchased the Welcome Center to Gulf Harbors to house both of their offices. The Historic Light House Building once housed the sale office for the community and is a cultural landmark, furthering the couples commitment to the area.
