I'm John Flynn and I've lived in the Brazos Valley for over 34 years. It's a great place to call home! I received my Computer Science degree from TAMU in 1986. I have been fortunate to be involved in various business and organizations in the Bryan and College Station area. o Owner Computer Access a computer retail and computer service business 1986-1998. Locations in College Station, Waco and Tyler. o Owner Rental Access a property management business 1997-2005. Owned and managed primarily student duplex properties in College Station. o Owner Aero Flynn 1999-2001 Airplane sales and brokerage based out of Easterwood airport in College Station. o Realtor Classic Realty 2002-2007. Primarily focus on residential sales representing both buyers and sellers. o Broker Associate Keller Williams-Brazos Valley 2007-present. Primarily focus on residential sales representing both buyers and sellers. Organizations: o Bryan College Station Association of Realtors-TAR Director 2008-2010 o Texas Association of Realtors Region 8 Texas Realtor Leadership Program 2009-2009 o Rotary International 1988-present. Held various club and district positions including club president 1995-1996, Assistant District Governor and District Rotary Foundation Chairperson o Brazos Central Appraisal District-Board of Directors 2001-present representing College Station ISD, Vice Chairperson 2012-present Outside of work: o Married with 3 Boys, My wife Helen is a kindergarten teacher at a private Early Learning Center. o Avid cyclist primarily riding Mountain Bike o Formed the College Station Composite Mountain bike team 2010 and continue to coach middle and high school students. o Enjoy sports cars, wood-working, aviation, camping and outdoor actives.
