JJ was raised in Discovery Bay, Ca with his brother Joshua. Who is author of the book "Tiny House Basics". As a child, JJ had aspirations of playing professional basketball in the N.B.A for the Golden State Warriors. He grew up in the Real Estate Buisness. His parents have been Realtors for over 20 years. However he never thought in a million years, he would stumble into the real estate industry and follow in his parents footsteps. However you can't always predict where or when you will discover what your meant to do in life. JJ was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. He started working at 10 years old having a paper route. Soon being the #1 paper route boy. Later in his teenage years he had his own successful boat detailing business. So that's what he did, and he worked very hard. As the years went by. JJ worked his way from Waiter in High End Restaurants in College to Real Estate Agent. Never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move. JJ entered the Real Estate industry in 2009, right in the middle of the Great Recession. He always had that entrepreneurial spirit since being a paperboy at 10 years old. Also having his parents as great role models helped tremendously. They are active Realtors for many years and have been married since 1974. JJ always wanted to be his own boss. He realized that this is not the case. His clients are his boss in Reality. Also working for yourself is 10 times harder then working for a traditional employer. JJ is on a search and rescue mission to help as many clients as possible reach there goals and dreams. That's what he is inspired to do daily. He loves the business of Real Estate. As his career advanced, JJ found his stride working with Sellers and Luxury Sellers in the greater Orange county Area. He's an expert in Listings, Expired listings and Working with Buyers. Throughout his career, JJ has earned numerous accolades including: * Salesperson of the Month 10 times* 2019 Salesperson of the year*He has had the pleasure to serve many great families, clients who later became friends over the years. JJ is living the Dream doing his Dream Job. JJ lives in Newport Beach, Ca since 2005 with his gorgeous wife Jenny and there 3 dogs. In his free time, he enjoys basketball, golf, tennis, hiking, beach, reading, traveling and Hawaii.
