I am an East Texas native. I've lived in the area my whole life and know the area well. My career in Real Estate started in February of 2014. I have been recognized numerous times as a monthly Star Performer and have earned the Sterling Society Award once and Diamond Society Award twice. I am married to a former police officer who is now an operator at Eastman. We have 3 beautiful little girls and quite a few farm animals. I got into real estate to help others. Even if the truth means your house may not be worth what you think it should or the house your buying is over priced. (But that's where my negotiating skills come in) Most people who rent don't realize how much money they can save by buying and think that they need perfect credit, IT'S NOT TRUE! I work with multiple local lenders that can advise you on your financing options. Being on the Longview and Tyler MLS helps my sellers get more exposure for their homes and helps buyers see more houses available in their desired area. I cover 2X the area of most other agents and I LOVE to drive. I have a great network of multiple Title Companies, Surveyors, and Inspectors that are ready to help you too! I've even partnered with HOMES for HEROES® to help local heroes save money when buying or selling a home. I give 25% of my gross commission back to the hero after buying a home and cut my commission when listing for sellers. Every time I help a HERO* I also donate an additional 5% of my commission to the HOMES FOR HEROES FOUNDATION®. I used HOMES FOR HEROES® in 2013 before becoming a REALTOR®.
