I am a full time licensed Realtor serving all of Somerset, Middlesex and Hunterdon Counties since 1995. I have received the NJ Monthly Magazine award excelling in customer satisfaction as a "Five Star Real Estate Agent" for the past 11 years. I recently received the NJAR Circle of Excellence Award for 2020, Gold Level and have been inducted into RE/MAX Hall of Fame. I have received the New Jersey Association of Realtor's Circle of Excellence Award for more than 25 years, (1996-2020) closing over $185 million dollars in sales. I have been awarded the RE/MAX Sales Award from 2009-2020. In 2019, I received the ABR designation as a Accredited Buyer Representative Specialist. I also have the CNA designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert. In 2011, the CNE designation as a Certified Negotiation Specialist. In 2008, the CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert, designation, helping people who are in financial difficulty make the right decision. I have a system in place to do short sales and help clients avoid foreclosure when possible and necessary. I am also certified as a SRES, Senior Real Estate specialist, helping our Seniors with their home decisions. I continue to educate myself on the changing market to help represent my clients the best possible. I love working with both buyers and seller with all their real estate needs!
