. I've lived in Houston for over 25 years. . Prior to real estate I did HR (Human Resources) I got into real estate at 18 years old (2002) due to my father pushing me to start flipping homes. Needless to say at age 17, I took all the required classes and as soon as I turned 18 I took the state exam, passed,and started with the Michael Group, which no longer exist. I started my journey on flipping homes with no clue what I was doing, but my father was depending on me to make him a "huge" profit. I stumbled along with the first couple of transactions, but developed a great passion for Real Estate and all THANKS to my father who just wanted to make a profit.
