I've sold real estate for many years in northern Virginia since starting out in my father's business in college -- I know the area like the back of my hand. I joined Redfin in 2014 with the goal of enhancing the home seller's experience, just as Redfin is changing real estate in the consumer's favor. As a Redfin Agent, I'm primarily paid based on customer satisfaction instead of strictly commission like traditional agents, which allows me to be the counselor I am at heart: communicating, teaching, and advising my clients to make the best possible decisions for their finances and families.
