About Claudia Hellmund

Prior to joining Keller Williams,Claudia cultivated her skills by graduating from UAT University of Tamaulipas, with a degree in Architecture. Architecture gave her the sensibility and expertise in construction building and the ability to perceive and appreciate details. She also has 22 years in marketing and retail business, which developed her skill set ,as a strong negotiator and entrepreneur at very young age. Adding designatures and specializations to her real estate education, is evident of her willingness to work hard on her clients behalf, and to informed them of the latest tendencies of the market. Claudia reflects her genuine desire to help others, and to share her knowledge with her clients. She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Has lived in Houston for 15 years. Having personally relocated and purchased several homes, knows how vulnerable the client can be in the transaction process. Significantly involved in the community by doing volunteering work at Birthright. She is also an avid Bikram Yoga student, likes cooking, travel and scubadiving. Coupled for her love of animals, children and art. She is married to Alejandro Hellmund and mother of two wonderful sons. They are members of St. John Vianney Church, Boy Scouts of America, Museum of Fine Arts, Natural Science and Children's Museum
