Brian Margolis has been practicing real estate since 1999 and created the Margolis Team in 2003. Since then he has been able to help thousands of clients in his award-winning career. Brian was a Top Producer for Coldwell Banker, Ranked #2 in the Rocky Mtn 6 state Region for Re/Max and was an independent Realtor for 5 years. He joined Keller Williams the #1 real estate company in the world in 2015! Brian attributes his success to surrounding himself with outstanding, intelligent customer service orientated team members. After being recruited for years by multiple firms, I have joined EXP Realty in October 2021. I am super excited about this new style of real estate which gives stock options to us the Realtor and has masterminding groups on zoom and in person multiple times a year to help us share ideas on how to better serve you.
