About Brad Seaman

Brad is the founding partner of The Seaman Team and has been working in the real estate industry since he was 16 years old. Between assisting to manage real estate offices and recruiting experienced and new agents for a large local real estate company, he has earned his experience in the business even before getting licensed to sell. Licensed in California as a Broker in 2007, Brad has survived and thrived through the down economy and really appreciates what it takes to be successful in this business. In 2009, Brad began assisting large scale investors to acquire homes to portfolio and resell as the real estate market turns. Currently, Brad has identified the need to help homeowners make informed decisions about their financial future.
