About Beth Cummins

Beth was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio and earned her bachelor's degree in communications and marketing from The University of Toledo. She later went on to get her Masters of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. On a personal level, Beth has built, bought and sold homes in Ohio, New Jersey, Missouri, and here in southern California. Additionally, she has also lived in areas as far-reaching as Miami, Florida and Anchorage, Alaska! As a buyer and a seller, Beth knows firsthand the vast range of emotions that are involved. It can be very challenging, whether you are doing it alone or with a significant other. Beth understands that and she wants to be there to help make this the most rewarding and enjoyable experience you can imagine. The emotions will be there, of course, but that is what makes this experience for you, something that memories will be built on. Beth has two daughters, one is a freshman at Bowling Green State University and the other a recent graduate of Ohio State University and is now on track to obtain a nursing degree. Beth was a stay-at-home mom for close to 13 years. When she needed to go back to work Beth decided to do what seemed natural. Following her love of the gym and working out, she got her personal training certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Although she no longer trains others, she doesn't know what she would do if she didn't have her workouts to look forward to! Beth looks forward to working with you and helping you find your next dream home!
