I love helping others with their real estate dreams, whether buying, selling, or investing. I am their advocate and advisor throughout the process and beyond. My focus is on developing lifelong relationships with each and every one of my clients.I truly care about them. They are not just a "sale" or a "transaction" to me. I work hard to understand my clients' needs and concerns, and strive to deliver results that exceed expectations. A savvy negotiator and a strategic sales professional, I passionately strive to win the best deal for them. As a writer and photographer, my head for creative marketing puts my sellers in the very best light, and my customer service skills ensure that even the most nervous first time buyer enjoys a smooth and stress free process. I moved to the Austin area with my family from Houston in 1995, fulfilling my dream to live in the Texas Hill Country. We live in the north shore area of Lake Travis, but I work all of the Austin area. A 6th generation Texan, I love helping others become Texans, too. I bought my first condominium when I was just 20. Since then, I have personally been on all sides of transactions ... buying, selling, investing, and even building a home on raw land. However, I realize each client's situation is unique. I enjoy giving back to my community. For the past twenty-five years, I have been volunteering for multiple nonprofit organizations.... the PTA, Boy Scouts of America, our church, and many more. I believe in giving more than just my time, though, and donate a portion of each commission to the nonprofit of my clients' choice, as a way of saying thanks, to them and to God. Education is key to being the best agent I can be. Through continuous learning, I have earned multiple designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist), CCS (Certified Condominium Specialist), and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert). I'm also a BOLD and Language of Sales graduate. Currently, I'm a member of the Austin Luxury Network, the Institution for Luxury Home Marketing, Preservation Austin, the Downtown Austin Neighborhood Association, the Lago Vista Chamber of Commerce, and the Lago Vista Women's Club. I serve on the Agent Leadership Council of the Austin Northwest Market Center as chairman of our Northwest Market Center KW Cares Committee When I'm not working, I can often be found with my camera, capturing not just the well-known, but also the subtle beauty of Austin and the Texas Hill Country. I love spending time with my husband, our three grown children, my grandbabies, and friends I have collected along my life's journey.
