Before getting into real estate business in 2008 Annette worked in the nursing home industry for 20 years handling finances as well as marketing.. Annette is an active Realtor with Keller Williams Realty giving her upmost attention to both buyers and sellers on a daily basis. Annette feels education is an important factor in being a REALTOR, taking on added certification classes to stay current with the market. Some of her certifications includes Short Sale Resource, Short Sale Foreclosure Resource, Seller Representation, and Certified Distressed Property Educator. Before moving to Florida full time in 2015 Annette was a lifetime resident in Maryland and held her real estate license there was well. Florida was always a dream for her and purchased her first home in 2011 and fell in love with the idea of being in the water everyday, kayaking, fishing, and swimming!
