About Andrew Norris

At an early age, Andy gained a respect and understanding of the built environment working in a variety of positions from facility management to sourcing, design and construction of museum exhibits for a Smithsonian affiliate. He enriched his knowledge of the subject studying Architecture and Fine Arts at the University of Pittsburgh. Prior to starting a real estate sales practice, he managed the construction and renovation of over 380 dwellings in DC for local developers. After realizing that it is the people-side of the real estate business he truly loves, Andy made a decisive move to sales and consulting and is licensed in DC, MD and VA. He not only knows the local real estate market and its participants quite well, but he also understands the psychological and emotional side of the experience creating peerless opportunities for his clientele. As a tenacious fiduciary, he is eager to go to bat for his clients, and he truly values lasting relationships above individual transactions. Andy devotes his extra time and resources to supporting DC green space initiatives and providing support for DCs homeless families. In addition to Architecture, he loves good company, good food and spending time in his garden with his better half. Andy lives in an Aztec Art Deco building in Woodley Park where he strives to be the best version of himself so that he can be present for those in his sphere.
