As head of District Partners, Andre Perez draws from a breadth of real estate and financial industry successes in order to maximize his clients lifestyle aspirations. With more than 20 years of experience in the Washington Metropolitan region, Perez specializes in high-end properties with an added focus on mid-century modern architecture. Born and raised in Guatemala, Perez immigrated to the United States at 18 years old. Four years later, he launched his real estate career with RE/MAX Horizons RE/MAX Allegiance DC, Maryland and Virginia and quickly became a Top Producer. In 2003, he moved into the mortgage/lending industry Saab Financial, then as Vice-President of Emerging Markets Pinnacle Financial, where he was the companys No. 1 producer, surpassing $144 million in sales per year. Perez returned real estate in 2009, founding District One Properties based in Alexandria. The real estate service boutique harnessed a new spirit of interactive solutions during an era of rapid residential growth. In 2017, District One became District Partners Real Estatea next-generation platform exemplifying principles of progressive representation. Today, District Partners is part of Compass, the fastest-growing, most innovative real estate community in the nation. Perez and his team cover DC Metro, embracing new advances in innovation while always maintaining the importance of nurtured relationships. The team is also substantially invested in the international market. Andre Perez lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife Anastasia and their three young daughters. He enjoys sports, family activities, the many cultural amenities the region has to offer.
