Secluded hunting and recreational land with barndominium project! Located in Antrim County about 3 miles from Mancelona on approximately 38.6 ac.  The parcel sits at the beginning of a seasonal road.  A long winding driveway leads you to the top of the hill where you will find a new partially finished pole barn with septic system.  A 25'x27' corner is set up with pex tube and plumbing for a living quarter.  Most of the materials needed to finish the project are on site and will go with the sale. The land has some older access trail and is hilly with thick cover that the deer love. Strategically clearing a few trees could provide an amazing view to the West. Additionally, there is a 27' Jayco Eagle 5th wheel camper on site that will go with the sale.  Whether its hunting, snowmobiling or you just desire seclusion, this could be the one!  For more information dial the Listing Agent directly.  The ''contact agent'' button will not take you there.
