This lovely mobile home is located in Cape Island Resort. This 2005 Canterbury model had a new roof installed in 2014 with 25 year rated shingles. All fees for 2017 have already been paid. Inside you will find a single bedroom, kitchen and charming living room all comfortably cooled with central A/C.
