Please note that 5 inches of the 20 inch parcel fall within the confines of the north wall of the building. Please also note that the north wall of the building (the side that runs along the staircases) has structural issues that will need to be addressed first. The wall needs to be stabilized or rebuilt before other repairs or changes can be made to the property. We were aware of the issue when we purchased the building but didn't move forward with repairs prior to selling because we did not want to limit a potential buyer's options to utilize the alley to expand the building if they desired to. We simply loved the idea of having a larger back yard!
